History of the sausage factory

The history of Salumificio San Costantino began in 1990, when the owner Roberto Cusmà Piccione decided to build his company. From that moment the sausage factory has been characterized by a genuine flavor, result of an entirely artisanal process. The ancient family recipes have always been jealously guarded. Since 2011 Roberto has been working with his nephew Maurizio and together they enthusiastically commit to carry on the tradition of Salumificio San Costantino.
