From 100% Grillo grapes processed according to the traditional Charmat method, is born Bolentino, the Brut sparkling wine of Cantine Colosi, with a fine and persistent perlage and a straw yellow color. To the nose it stands out for its particular aromaticity with bouquet of white flowers and bread crust. Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with fatty foods such as cheese and sliced meats but it is also ideal with fried fish or crustaceans.
