Mascinè

Made from Zibibbo grapes, Masciné shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. At the nose shows an intense aromatic note, in which it is possible to distinguish floral and fruity notes of orange blossom, peach and grapefruit. In the mouth it is perceived a splendid balance between acidity, body and alcohol resulting so fresh and enveloping, very persistent even in the aftertaste. It goes well with raw fish, pasta with seafood, grilled and fried fish and ricotta desserts.
