It all started in 2007 when the young brothers Rosario and Enrico decided to restore an old abandoned country house to transform it into a farmhouse designed to accommodate tourists and delight them with Sicilian cuisine at km 0. The best dishes of the regional culinary tradition are prepared with care, simplicity and love, the same characteristics with which Rosario and Enrico treat the food raw material: freshly products of the earth picked and cooked, from the vegetable garden to the table. In the 25 hectares of vegetable garden surrounding the farmhouse are cultivated vegetables, fruit, olives and hazelnuts, as well as there are a breeding of Nebrodi's black pigs: with its meat, are produced exquisite and high-quality cold cuts available also for online sales. cheese and salami appetizers, macaroni with pork sauce, caponata, leg of black pork, mixed grill and much more: all dishes taste good and genuine, as it once was. The Ponte Due Archi farmhouse, that can count on 7 rooms, is hospitality, tradition and local authenticity and it is possible to visit it every day from 9:00 to 17:00.
