Mulini Siciliani was born in 1980 from the passion of grandfather Cono. A great lover of his land, he decided to invest in the production of durum wheat semolina, ensuring careful control of raw materials and supplying only 100% Sicilian wheat. In the 90's the company passed into the hands of his daughter Vincenza Scarvaci, the current owner of the mill, and his son-in-law Attilio, who not only expanded the production of regrind semolina, but also introduced a consortium section within the business. Currently Attilio and Vincenza manage Mulini Siciliani together with their daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren, carrying on the tradition with passion and love for their product and guaranteeing the best quality Sicilian wheat available on the market.
