Museo della ceramica d'uso comune in Sicilia

The structure of the Museum of Sicilian Ceramics of Common Use, in the Municipality of Ficarra, was born with the idea of a widespread hospitality project inside Palazzo Busacca, right in front of the house where stayed Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa, the great Sicilian writer, famous for writing "Il Gattopardo".

Inside the museum you can admire pottery used in everyday life and often forgotten or underestimated by the big museums, with a section dedicated to ceramics used in historical building constructions.
