Palazzata Baronale

At the end of the 16th century, when Baron Lanza left the walled city that stood near the Castle, of which today only the ruins , numerous baronial palaces were built on what is now Piazza San Giacomo. These buildings, set back from the baron's house, take the name of Palazzata Baronale built in the 17th century by the barons Marchiolo and Parrinelli.
