Church of Sant'Antonio Abate - Piraino

At the entrance to the historic center of Piraino, just before the Convent of the Observant Minors, there is the small church dedicated to Sant'Antonio Abate, whose feast day is celebrated on January 17th. This place is also sadly known for an ancient custom: in this church, in fact, the bodies of those who died violently were buried.
