Coffee with a strong and enveloping taste: in the cup it is full-bodied and with thick cream.
Originally selected coffee, all of grain (sieve) 17-18, in the varieties of Arabica and Robusta, hand-roasted through a gas-powered Petroncini roaster from the 1980s.
The varieties, coming from the countries of South America, Central Africa and Equatorial Asia, are roasted individually, so as to respect the roasting times of the different types of coffee and keep the organoleptic properties of high quality products intact.
