The high percentage of Arabica makes this coffee a true concentrate of aroma and taste, with pleasant notes of hazelnut, toasted bread and spices.
Originally selected coffee, all of grain (sieve) 17-18, in the varieties of Arabica and Robusta, hand-roasted through a gas-powered Petroncini roaster from the 1980s.
The varieties, coming from the countries of South America, Central Africa and Equatorial Asia, are roasted individually, so as to respect the roasting times of the different types of coffee and the organoleptic properties of high quality products.
