Cuvée Federico - organic sparkling wine

Cuvée Federico, belonging to the Gioielli Line, is an organic sparkling wine obtained from Chardonnay grape in purity or supported by a small percentage of Catarratto. It has a fresh and persistent taste, characterized by excellent flavor. On the nose there are floral, citrus and balsamic hints permeated by an elegant mineral vein.

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with seafood and shellfish dishes, excellent also with aromatic cheeses.

We recommend serving it at 6-8 ° C in a large Flute glass.
