Dark ruby color, taste warm, sumptuous and velvety, intense bouquet of black pepper and cocoa followed by wild berries, black cherry, currant and licorice, for Syrah of the Cantine Amato made from 100% Syrah.

Excellent to combine with red meats, roasted white meats, soups, seasoned and spicy cheeses, risotto.

We recommend serving it in large glasses at a temperature of 16-18°C, taking care to open the bottle at least 10 minutes before.
