San Lorenzo Church - Salina - Municipality of Malfa

San Lorenzo is the protector of Malfa whose cult was brought by the Amalfi settlers in 1100 and who gave the town its name. The church was first built in 1733.

In 1926 a terrible earthquake damaged it, but it was quickly rebuilt. Inside, are preserved two paintings dating back to the 18th century. The feast of the saint patron occurs every 10th of August.
