Monastery of San Benedetto and Church of S. Cuore, called Badia

The church of Badia, annexed to the monastic complex of the Benedictine nuns, today the municipal seat and elementary school, was originally the chapel where religious functions were officiated. Inside you can contemplate the beauty of the wooden choir inlaid with gold leaf elements and the high altar, decorated with dry wall paintings, which preserves inside a niche the marble effigy of the Madonna delle Grazie, work the sculptor's mannerist collected Rinaldo Bonanno.
