Church of Maria SS. delle Grazie - Nose

The construction of the church of Maria Santissima delle Grazie is linked to miraculous events following the authorization granted by the archbishop of Messina Andrea Mastrilli in May 1619, to preserve a painting by the Madonna and Child painted on the plaque of Genoa. Damaged by earthquakes and bombings, the Church underwent major renovations in the mid-1900s. The single-nave interior is characterized by the presence of a large gate that divides the apse from the nave and delimits the ancient votive chapel, where the simulacrum of the Madonna delle Grazie is located.
