Palazzo Giuffrè - Naso

Palazzo Giuffrè was built at the end of the 19th century on a 16th-century structure owned by the Piccolo family. Over the years it has undergone numerous changes, but the most radical one was made after the 1908 earthquake. The entrance to the building on Via Mazzini is marked by the trapezium arch portal, in stone ashlars decorated with scrolls and plant elements. On the same portal is the Joppolo Ventimiglia coat of arms, probably from the remains of the Castle. In the second half of the 1900s the building underwent numerous and substantial interventions that changed the internal distribution of the original system.
