Roe deer area

The area of the roe deer is so called because up to 1800 the Nebrodi mountains were inhabited by numerous specimens of roe deer. The area is located in the Miserella district and is rich in chestnuts, ferns, rose hips, daphne, broom and blackthorn. Within the area there is a naturalistic path that can also be used by the disabled.
