Crasile Church - San Marco d'Alunzio

Once known as the Church of Santa Maria di Crasile, today known as the church of Crasile or Casile, in San Marco d'Alunzio, it is a Norman period building. Along the low walls there are masonry seats that clearly testify to the meetings for the prayers that took place in this church. Over time it has undergone changes in the floor dimensions. On the sides of the church there is a sacristy and in the upper part, towards the west, there are the remains of a bell-like structure of the sail type. It was once the oratory of the Confraternity of the Holy Trinity of San Marco d'Alunzio.
